ShowCase Release 4.x Customer Upgrade Options
ShowCase 5 introduced new product configurations that better serve customer needs. If you have a previous ShowCase
product: Network ShowCase, Power ShowCase or Standard ShowCase,
you can take advantage of upgrade pricing to move to ShowCase 5.
We do not
recommend mixing 4.9.8 software and 5.0
software on the same shared imaging
network.
New Product Names
starting with 5.0 software
There are 2 levels of ShowCase
5
viewer, ShowCase Premier has all
of the ShowCase viewing features, ShowCase
Basic provides a lower cost option
without the measurement capabilities and
without the integrated CD/DVD burning feature.
Either Premier or Basic can now be
ordered with the ShowCase Connect
option. This is the DICOM network
component that used to part of "Network
ShowCase"
The ShowCase Onboard viewer
that can be written to CDs and DVDs is
now a standard part of the ShowCase
Premier software.
