Using ShowCase for Teaching and
Research
Ever since Trillium Technology began selling ShowCase in
2000, our signature ShowCase features have included tools to
de-identify images and quickly export images to PowerPointŪ
slides. Our "Power ShowCase" features are now available in both
Basic and Premier viewers.
The PowerPoint quick export buttons
allow you to export images in export
formats (jpg, bmp, tif, avi) directly to
PowerPoint slides with one click. If you
show your presentations on machines that
have ShowCase installed, you can even
show images in original DICOM format
right on PowerPoint slides. The ShowCase
editing tools are available to you in
PowerPoint.
Study De-identification
ShowCase provides paint-out tools to
remove patient identifying information
burned into images and also tools to
remove the identifying clinical
information stored in image headers.
Prepare teaching and marketing studies.
