server and all information collected is

Trillium Technology occasionally needs
to ask customers to provide images or medical study data
that includes "personally
identifiable health information” (PHI)
so that we can investigate software
defects or test new image formats. We
have a corporate policy for careful
handling of health information and
would be happy to provide you
with a copy of our PHI Policy upon
